Grid · Storage · Geothermal · Markets

Where power should go, and what it earns when it gets there.

Twenty-six open research documents by Jason Masters, built through Gaiergy Corp and Ground Floor Energy.

Chapter I · Ground Floor Energy

The grid is mostly a map problem.

Where a battery earns depends almost entirely on where it sits: which market, which zone, whose substation, and what closed nearby. These ten documents are the screening work behind that question, and every one of them cites its own sources.

Ground Floor Energy

Finances, owns and operates battery storage. The siting research is why the batteries land where they do.

Chapter II · Tracking the Money

The same question, priced.

Public markets are the other side of the energy transition. These are working notes on index concentration, sector valuation and single names, written to be checked rather than believed. None of it is advice.

Tracking the Money

Independent research. Every figure is sourced at the point of use, and personal position data is deliberately not published.

Chapter III · Gaiergy

Heat has a grid too.

A thermal energy network is a shared underground water loop that lets a whole neighborhood heat and cool itself from the steady temperature of the ground. Borefield design, network hydraulics and the economics that make a town-scale system pencil are Gaiergy's core engineering practice. Client project work is under agreement and is not published here.

Gaiergy

An energy engineering consultancy: master planning, technoeconomic analysis, geothermal networks, storage and marine energy.
